After the auction was launched and bidding had already started, we were advised by the party responsible for authorizing the sale that the sale process for these assets had changed. As a result, Kastner Auctions has been instructed to withdraw the auction and cancel all active bids.
We understand that many bidders have spent time reviewing the items, researching the equipment, and participating in the bidding process. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause.
Kastner Auctions was fully prepared to conduct the auction as scheduled; however, we must follow the direction provided by the asset owner and the parties responsible for the sale.
All bids placed through the auction platform have been cancelled, and no items from this auction will be sold on Saturday.
