Kastner Auctions is happy to send your purchased items to you.
It is important to mark on your profile “I prefer to have my items shipped” so that we can process your invoice for shipping.

Kastner Auctions uses Canada Post to ship small items via an Expedited Parcel Service. The shipping fee is based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package. This service offers guaranteed delivery, a tracking number and $100 of insurance coverage. Additional insurance can be purchased. A nominal fee may be added for boxes or additional packaging materials.
Once your package has been shipped, we will email you with the shipping fee and tracking information. To track your package, please go to www.canadapost.ca/trackapackage. Input the 16-digit tracking number in the space provided.
If you live in the Edmonton area, we also offer same day courier delivery. Our local deliveries are usually sent on Thursday, but we can accommodate your schedule. Please call us at 780-447-0596 to arrange this option.
Please Note: Kastner Auctions will not be responsible for fragile items damaged in transit. These types of items are not covered by insurance (regardless of whether it has been purchased). The buyer assumes all risk for these types of items.
We can not ship liquids.
Items that are too big to ship via Canada Post, will be packaged and/or palletized. When your shipment is ready, we will advise you of the weight and dimensions of each piece.
Please let us know which carrier you will be using so that we may complete a Bill of Lading for your carrier of choice. You may send us a completed Bill of Lading to use. Please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to have larger items, such as Restaurant Auction purchases delivered, please call Rachid at Amane Moving 780-807-4363 to arrange transport.
